Weddings On Wheels will provide a live speaker to your catering facility - a speaker who will teach brides all the essential things they need to know when planning their wedding. Topics covered include:

Why a Wedding Officiant is essential to every wedding - and the vital questions all brides must ask before hiring a Wedding Officiant.

The essential questions all brides must ask before paying any money to a Wedding Photography Service, a DJ Service, a Limousine Service, a Florist, a Caterer, a Musician - or to any other providers of wedding services.

Topics also covered in the Wedding Boot Camp seminar include "A Customized Wedding Ceremony - Don't Settle for Anything Less!" and "Why You Really Need Wedding Insurance - And How to Get It" (including some examples of "Real-Life Wedding Disasters!").

The "Wedding Boot Camp" (which is approximately 2 hours in length) concludes with a question and answer session with the audience.

Every bride who attends a Wedding Boot Camp will also receive a binder containing a printed version of the information presented at the Wedding Boot Camp seminar.

If you would like to offer a tour of your facilities to the Brides-To-Be who are attending the Wedding Boot Camp seminar, this tour of your facilities can also be promoted by the speaker during the Wedding Boot Camp seminar.

Dear Catering Facility Manager,

The information below explains how your facility can arrange to host a Wedding Boot Camp presentation with a live speaker - Rev. David Lay-Flurrie from Weddings On Wheels.

Whether to charge admission to the event is entirely at your discretion. (We do, however, recommend that you make advance tickets available, in order to get an idea of the approximate number of attendees.)

If you should decide to sell tickets to the Wedding Boot Camp, rather than issuing them for free, all monies from the sale of the tickets will go directly to your company - the only fee normally payable to Weddings On Wheels is the Speaker's Fee of $450.00 (and possible travel charges and/or a small fee for a portable PA system if your facility is unable to supply a cordless microphone for the seminar speaker).

We suggest that you offer a tour of your facilities to the brides at the conclusion of the Wedding Boot Camp seminar so the tour can be promoted by the speaker during his presentation.

Whether to provide light refreshments and/or free beverages to the attendees at the Wedding Boot Camp seminar is entirely at your discretion.

Every bride-to-be who attends the Wedding Boot Camp seminar will also receive a complimentary printed copy of the material featured in the presentation. (No items will be sold by Weddings On Wheels at the event.)

The date and time of the Wedding Boot Camp presentation shall be arranged by mutual agreement between your catering facility and Weddings On Wheels. Please note that the presenter of the Wedding Boot Camp is currently available to give the presentation on the following days (subject to any prior bookings): Any weekday evening; any Saturday afternoon; any Sunday afternoon or any Sunday evening.

The information provided to Brides-To-Be in the Wedding Boot Camp seminar is not only invaluable - this information is absolutely not available anywhere else!

By hosting a Wedding Boot Camp at your facility, you will not only be providing a valuable service to brides - this is also an opportunity for you to sell your facility's services to a group of brides at the same time - rather than have to market your facilities to one bride at a time, as is usually the case.
